    摘要:

    将智能移动设备引入到车间数字化制造环境,研究了一种能够支持协同制造和系统集成的数控系统。建立了数控系统模型,定义了功能模块,按其运行模式建立了原型系统,解决了数控系统的人机接口、程序编译、程序处理、参数设置和修改等关键问题。这种具有移动获取信息功能的数控系统,能够实现车间系统集成,具有良好的开放性,支持系统跨平台无缝集成,支持人机协同制造,支持基于互联网的协同制造和全球制造。

    Abstract:

    The conventional automatic and network-based manufacturing mode is not suitable for the changeable shop floor environment. The new type of advanced manufacture needs the system integration for shop floor. An innovative CNC system based on mobile device(Palm CNC)was presented. The network based on Palm CNC included five layers. The new CNC system was divided into two parts. One was an embedded machine (robots, AGV, etc.) controller, which was a web server; another was a mobile controller, which acted as a client. Both parts were communicated via bluetooth wireless technology. CNC network architecture and software were emphasized; relation and process of CNC and manufacturing environment were illustrated. The key implement technologies were investigated and tested, including Microsoft .NET based software developing, especially the programming based on Web services technology could realize cooperative manufacturing, system integration, real time control of Windows CE, .NET-based CNC system,bluetooth communication technology, and etc.
