最小条件下直线度误差评定的不确定度研究

    摘要:

    针对按最小条件评定直线度误差存在的不确定度问题,根据离散数据点测量的名义坐标和不确定度来计算最小条件下直线度误差的不确定度。假设测量数据点坐标服从均匀分布,基于最小条件的判定准则,讨论了参考直线的不确定性,并提出了处理方法。给出了直线度误差不确定度传递的公式和计算方法,讨论了用Monte Carlo随机模拟方法评定直线度误差,并用实例进行了分析,同时对测量点不服从均匀分布的情况进行了讨论。

    Abstract:

    The uncertainty is a necessary part of the measurement results. Given the coordinate data and uncertainty of the measured discrete points, the computing procedure and method of uncertainty in straightness error assessment were discussed. In the study, the measured point coordinates were considered to conform to uniform distribution. Based on the decision rules of minimum condition, the uncertainty property of the reference line and its solution were proposed. Then the transmission formulas and computing method of uncertainty were given,and Monte Carlo method was applied to get the straightness error and uncertainty. Finally, an example was given to verify the method, and the non-uniform distribution of the measured points was discussed.
