    传统的汽车覆盖件模具设计与制造周期长,工艺设计效率低。为此引进了参数化、标准化、模板化的设计思想,在UG平台的基础上开发了覆盖件模具结构设计的模板化CAD系统。该设计方法提高了设计效率,简化了设计过程,加强了模具设计标准化程度。对后地板左右连接板专用模具实体模具结构模板化设计进行试验,模具设计时间由原来的

    Abstract:

    20d缩短为6d。 The designed and made periods of traditional auto panel die mould is longer, and craftwork design efficiency is lower. Aiming at this circumstance, via the design ideas including parametric, standardization and template introduced into the design, the stencil CAD system of the auto panel die mould structure design was exploited based on the UG flat roof. Getting across the example application of some vehicle type back floor board joint board drawing and extending structure design, it was validated that mould design time was being shortened the six days compared with the customary twenty days, and the whole design work of the mould was completed within one or two days. The results show that this CAD system can increase the designed efficiency, predigest the design course, and enhance the standardization degree of the mould design.
