    摘要:

    产品概念空间的表达和备选方案集的选择是概念设计的重要环节。在物料清单(BOM)的结构特征和属性特征分析的基础上,提出了基于BOM形式的产品概念空间表达方法,建立概念空间功能域和载体域属性值的求解模型来选择最佳设计方案,运用层次分析法求解了备选方案表现度,并以实例进行验证。该模型在保证产品功能要求的前提下,充分保证了备选设计方案具有良好的技术性能,直观地表达了产品概念空间,提高了概念设计方案求解的效率。

    Abstract:

    The description of product concept space and the evaluation of product projects are important for product conceptual design. In this paper, the structure and character of BOM were analyzed, and the description of product concept space based on BOM was proposed. A model, including the attribute solving of function and carrier fields, was established to get the best designing scheme. AHP was introduced to solve this model, and the results were validated by a case. The results show that the alternative design proposal can guarantee product function request and has good technical performances, such as optimizing the description of product concept space, improving the design efficiency.
