Abstract:To verify the performance of the dynamic stability control (DSC) system on winter road condition, an experimental study was carried out at the test field of Heihe city of North China. The structure of the experimental system, the control strategy and the test schemes were elaborated in this paper. Steady static circular and double lane change experiments were adopted as main evaluating conditions and both subjective and objective evaluating methods were given. The actual experimental data was analyzed and discussed. The experimental results show that the dynamic stability control system can improve the control stability on winter road, and it has good coherence between the subjective and objective evaluating results.
