弧面凸轮非等径侧铣刀位计算与遗传算法优化

    摘要:

    弧面凸轮工作廓面的非等径铣削存在法矢异向误差,为寻求加工误差最小的最佳刀轴矢量,根据实际刀轴轨迹面是直纹面的性质,以NURBS直纹面重构理论刀轴迹面,构建了数控侧铣加工弧面凸轮的刀位优化模型,并提出了一种实数编码遗传算法求解该优化模型。通过实例的数值计算和仿真结果验证了该算法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    A new generation method based on NURBS and optimization method based on genetic algorithm of cutter position for the unequal diameter milling of globoidal cam was proposed. Machining errors caused by the different directions of normal vector along the contact were unavoidable when the cutter diameter was smaller than the roller. The practical surface of tool axis trajectory was a ruled surface, so the theoretical surface of tool axis trajectory was reconstructed by the NURBS ruled surface. In order to find the best tool axis vector to minimize the machining error, an optimization model of machining error was put forward. Furthermore, a real coded genetic algorithm has been discussed to figure out the optimization model. At last, a numerical calculation and simulation example were described to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed.
