发动机悬置软垫刚度对汽车舒适性的影响分析

    摘要:

    采用振动传递函数分析和道路试验方法,分析得出某轻型客车车身振动大、舒适性差的原因是发动机悬置软垫刚度偏低,悬置系统最低固有频率低于允许值。提出了提高发动机悬置软垫刚度的2个减振方案,客车发动机悬置系统最低固有频率提高到3.75 Hz(在允许值内)的方案1,其振动传递函数的最大幅值明显下降,加权加速度的均方根值比方案2小, 可以获得较好的减振效果。

    Abstract:

    To discover the reasons of the strong vibration and unease of a light-bus, the methods of analysis vibration transfer function and road test was used,and found that it was caused by the softer stiffness of engine suspension cushion, which led to the lowest proper frequency of engine suspension system below the allowable value. Two decreasing vibration projects were put forward, which only improved the stiffness of the engine suspension cushion. For project one, the lowest proper frequency of the light-bus engine suspension system was 3.75 Hz which was within permission range. Furthermore, the maximal amplitude value of vibration transfer function descended obviously and the weighting acceleration RMS value was smaller than project two, so it could achieve better effect of isolating vibration.
