中文摘要:以冷弯型钢中的槽钢为例,分析了其辊弯成型的特点及变形规律。采用符拉索夫的开口薄壁梁的约束扭转理论建立分析模型,通过对该模型的研究,利用简化解析法的思想,将冷弯成型过程的整个变形分为纵向翼缘的扭转变形和横向圆角处的弯曲变形。采用能量法对冷弯成型过程中的纵向变形和横向变形两部分能量分别进行计算,求取了整个冷弯型钢槽钢的翼缘弯曲角表达式。将理论计算结果曲线与相关实验结果所得曲线以及现有结论的曲线进行了比较,验证了计算方法的有效性、可靠性及计算结果的正确性。

Abstract: Based on the cold roll forming steel, its characteristic of roll-forming and deforming rule was analyzed. The analytic model has been built by using the theory of Vlasov open thin wall beam restraint distortion. Through studying the model, and by using simplified analysis method, the whole distortion of cold roll forming course could be divided into flange girth torsion deforming of longitudinal direction and circular bead rebounding deforming of lateral direction. The energy method has been adopted to calculate its longitudinal direction and lateral direction deforming energy during the roll-forming course respectively. The flange girth bending angle expression of the whole cold roll-forming steel was obtained. Theory curve was compared with the relative experimental and the existing conclusion curve, the availability, dependability of the calculating method and validity of the calculating result are validated.

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. It is the earliest interdisciplinary journal in Chinese which combines agricultural and engineering. It always closely grasps the development direction of agriculture engineering disciplines and the published papers represent the highest academic level of agriculture engineering in China. Currently, nearly 8,000 papers have been already published. There are around 3,000 papers contributed to the journal each year, but only around 600 of them will be accepted. Transactions of CSAM focuses on a wide range of agricultural machinery, irrigation, electronics, robotics, agro-products engineering, biological energy, agricultural structures and environment and more. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
