    摘要:

    基于“气力”和“有序”工作原理研制了抛秧试验台,进行了气流场、钵体苗运动高速摄影和抛秧作业优化试验。试验结果表明,钵体苗由超音速喷射气流顺利吹至导苗管,经导苗管的导向后能够有序落入田间,验证了气力有序抛秧技术的可行性,揭示了该技术的工作机理,获得了喷射气流压强、喷嘴直径和育秧钵土等作业参数,并改进设计了有关部件,为水稻气力有序抛秧设备的研制和进一步完善提供了依据。

    Abstract:

    Throwing transplantation test bed was designed based on pneumatic and ordered principle. Experiments on pneumatic area, high-speed photography of pot seedling movement and working optimization were carried out. Test results indicated that pot seedling was blew out by air jet of supersound speed, and fell into the field in ordered pose, demonstrated the feasibility of pneumatic ordered throwing transplantation technology, revealed the mechanism of the technology, obtained some work parameters as pressure of air jet, nozzle diameter and pot soil and so on, optimized some relative parts, provided basis for designing and improving of the paddy pneumatic ordered throwing transplantation equipments.
