中文摘要:采用应变片测试技术,对自然吸气和增压中冷柴油机湿式缸套在外特性工况下工作时的周向应变进行了动态测试,拟合出缸套工作时的周向变形曲线,对比分析了不同机型湿式气缸套工作变形的特点以及主要影响因素。研究结果表明,随转速的提高,自然吸气柴油机缸套主推力面应变随之增加,逐渐呈现一种振动特性;而转速提高对增压中冷柴油机缸套周向应变影响不明显,缸套主推力面应变最大值出现在各作用力对缸套壁面作功最多的额定扭矩工况。

Abstract: Adopting foil gauge test technology, the dynamic test to circle dynamic strain of wet cylinder liner of naturally aspirated and intercooled diesel engine under the condition of full load characteristic has been done, the circle deformation curve of cylinder liner while working was fit, the deformation characteristic of wet cylinder liner and the main influence factor of the different type diesel engine were comparatively analyzed. The results indicated, with the increase of rotational speed, the strain of the main thrust face of cylinder liner of naturally aspirated diesel engine increased, and a vibration characteristic gradually was presented. But the influence of the increase of rotational speed to the circle strain of intercooled diesel engine was not obvious. The maximum value of the main thrust face strain of cylinder liner appeared in the rated torque condition where every force did most work to the surface of cylinder liner.

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. It is the earliest interdisciplinary journal in Chinese which combines agricultural and engineering. It always closely grasps the development direction of agriculture engineering disciplines and the published papers represent the highest academic level of agriculture engineering in China. Currently, nearly 8,000 papers have been already published. There are around 3,000 papers contributed to the journal each year, but only around 600 of them will be accepted. Transactions of CSAM focuses on a wide range of agricultural machinery, irrigation, electronics, robotics, agro-products engineering, biological energy, agricultural structures and environment and more. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
