中文摘要:推导了变粘度条件下球活塞与缸筒偏心时,球活塞式液压泵球塞副泄漏量的计算公式,并将此结果与假定油液粘度为常数时的结果进行了对比,得出了球塞副的泄漏流量不仅与球活塞与旋转缸体缸筒间隙、工作油液的压力以及缸体转速有关,而且还与油液的粘温系数、粘压系数、密度和比热容等有关的结论,分析了上述各因素对球塞副泄漏量的影响。为设计高效球活塞式液压泵提供了理论依据,同时为高功率密度球活塞式液压元件的深入研究打下了基础。

Abstract: The formula of ball piston pair's leakage in ball piston pump was gained under the condition of variable viscosity when ball piston was eccentric with cylinder block. The result has been compared with the one that got under the condition of supposing oil viscosity be constant. The conclusion was educed, with which the leakage of ball piston pair depended not only on clearance between ball piston and rotary cylinder block, pressure of working oil and speed of cylinder block, but also on the viscosity-temperature coefficient, viscosity-pressure coefficient, density and specific heat capacity of working oil. The influence of those factors on leakage of ball piston pair has been analyzed.

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. It is the earliest interdisciplinary journal in Chinese which combines agricultural and engineering. It always closely grasps the development direction of agriculture engineering disciplines and the published papers represent the highest academic level of agriculture engineering in China. Currently, nearly 8,000 papers have been already published. There are around 3,000 papers contributed to the journal each year, but only around 600 of them will be accepted. Transactions of CSAM focuses on a wide range of agricultural machinery, irrigation, electronics, robotics, agro-products engineering, biological energy, agricultural structures and environment and more. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
