低扬程泵站箱涵式出水流道水力特性试验

    摘要:

    对泵站箱涵式出水流道5种不同出水喇叭口悬空高度、4种不同后壁距及矩形、半圆形和对称蜗壳形3种后壁型线以及导叶后无扩散喇叭管方案进行了试验研究。测得了喇叭口不同悬空高度时流道的水力损失,分析得出了不同佛汝德数下流道水力损失随喇叭口悬空高度变化的规律。对4种不同后壁距及不同后壁型线时流道的水力损失进行了测试和分析比较并观测了流道内流态。

    Abstract:

    The series experimental schemes were designed, including five different heights from the bell-like open to the top, four distances between the backwall and the vertical axial center, three backwall types of rectangle, semicircle and symmetric volute, and with no diffuse bell-like pipe in tank-style outlet passage. By testing, hydraulic loss was got and flow patterns were observed. Based on analyzing test data, the varying law was obtained between hydraulic loss and five different heights with different Fourier numbers. The suggestions were put forward that the height from the bell-like open to the top must be higher than 0.36D0 and the backwall type of symmetric volute is better than others.
