    摘要:

    利用微处理器MPC5xx,设计了高压共轨柴油机电控单元(ECU)硬件。分析了ECU的功能,阐述了该系统的处理器模块、传感器信号处理模块、电源模块、驱动模块、通讯接口模块的结构以及设计方法,并提出了提高ECU可靠性以及电磁兼容性的方法。试验表明,该ECU驱动喷油器电磁阀电流从0 A提升到10 A仅需要0.2 ms,从保持的5 A降到0.1 A仅需要0.3 ms。ECU的响应速度完全满足高压共轨柴油机燃油喷射系统的要求。

    Abstract:

    A new electronic control unit (ECU) for high pressure common rail diesel engine was developed base on the powerful microcontroller MPC5xx in this paper. The ECU is composed of such modules as microcontroller, sensor signal processing, power supply, driving circuit and communication interface. The function and structure of each module are discussed in this paper. Some ways to improve the reliability performance and electro magnetic compatibility of this ECU were also proposed in this paper. The experiments show that it takes only 0.2 ms for the current to rise from 0 A to peak current 10 A and 0.3 ms for the current to fall from hold current 5 A to 0.1 A when driving the common rail diesel solenoid valve. The ECU can fully meet the requirement of high pressure common rail diesel fuel injection system.
