中文摘要:在普通球墨铸铁的基础上,加入Cu、Sb合金元素,通过余温正火工艺,获得铸态珠光体球墨铸铁。该铸铁的珠光体含量大于(等于)95%,渗碳体小于(等于)5%,抗拉强度可达700~850 Mpa,硬度为280~350 HB,延伸率为3%~5%。扫描电镜及透射电镜分析表明,当加入0.5% Cu、0.02%Sb时,合金主要由珠光体与球状石墨组成,其中铸态珠光体层片间距变小,石墨球细小而均匀, 铁素体的形成受到抑制。

Abstract: Based on common nodular cast iron, a pearlite nodular cast iron was obtained by normalizing and adding alloying elements of Cu, Sb. The content of pearlite in alloy exceeded 95% and the content of cementite was under 5%. The tensile strength of this cast iron was up to 700~850 Mpa, hardness was 280~350 HB and the specific elongation was 3%~5%. The morphology of pearlite in Cu, Sb pearlite nodular cast iron was studied by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicated that the lamellar spacing in pearlite and the dimension of nodular were smaller, and the information of ferrite was impeded due to the addition of 0.5% Cu and 0.02%Sb.

Transactions of the Chinese Society for Agriculture Machinery (CSAM), in charged of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), sponsored by CSAM and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Science(CAAMS), started publication in 1957. It is the earliest interdisciplinary journal in Chinese which combines agricultural and engineering. It always closely grasps the development direction of agriculture engineering disciplines and the published papers represent the highest academic level of agriculture engineering in China. Currently, nearly 8,000 papers have been already published. There are around 3,000 papers contributed to the journal each year, but only around 600 of them will be accepted. Transactions of CSAM focuses on a wide range of agricultural machinery, irrigation, electronics, robotics, agro-products engineering, biological energy, agricultural structures and environment and more. Subjects in Transactions of the CSAM have been embodied by many internationally well-known index systems, such as: EI Compendex, CA, CSA, etc.
