车削中心转塔刀架布刀的GA优化方法

    摘要:

    具有动力刀具的车削中心在中小批量生产的环境下,合理的布刀方案可以提高多工序工艺的加工效率。分析转塔刀架刀位与加工工序的关系以及相关的约束条件,基于工艺路线建立了加工一批多工序零件的布刀全局优化模型,提出了一种改进的多种群远亲杂交遗传算法来求解该优化模型。该算法可以加快收敛速度、避免因近亲联姻导致的收敛于局部最优。实践证明,这种改进的GA方法能够有效地解决车削中心转塔刀架的布刀优化。

    Abstract:

    The reasonable cutter arrangement of turning center can promote the productivity of such kind of multi-process course. To solve the issue, the connection between the process and the cutter location on the turret post coupled with the corresponding constraints was analyzed. A global optimization model of cutters arrangement was put forward to produce a batch of parts with multi-process. Furthermore, an improved approach, tribe-hybridization genetic algorithm has been studied to figure out the optimization model. The approach could quicken the convergence of the algorithm and simultaneously avoid the local optimization resulting by intermarriage. Finally, the practical result showed that the improved GA approach could efficiently solve the optimization of the cutters arrangement on the turret post of turning center.
