    基于可见/近红外局部透射光谱,根据马铃薯大小及形状特征,设计了便携式马铃薯多品质无损检测装置,包括光谱采集模块、光源模块、控制与显示模块、供电模块和黑白参考盒,装置尺寸为11cm×6.5cm×9.5cm。选取大西洋品种马铃薯样品85个,基于装置建立了马铃薯含水率、淀粉质量分数和还原糖质量分数的偏最小二乘定量预测模型,马铃薯含水率、淀粉质量分数和还原糖质量分数预测模型验证集相关系数分别为0.9278、0.9146、0.9338,均方根误差分别为0.3253%、0.3449%、0.0416%。基于QT开发工具,采用C/C++语言编写了装置实时分析控制软件,将所建预测模型植入到软件中,实现了马铃薯多品质参数实时无损检测一键式操作。最后对便携式马铃薯多品质无损检测装置的检测精度进行了验证。20个马铃薯样品含水率、淀粉质量分数和还原糖质量分数的装置预测值与标准理化值的相关系数分别为0.9141、0.912和0.9140,均方根误差分别为0.3527%、0.3404%和0.0400%,平均偏差分别为0.2951%、0.2536%和0.0316%,重复采样最大变异系数分别为0.0067、0.0124和0.1231。结果表明:马铃薯多品质局部透射无损检测装置可以实现马铃薯含水率、淀粉质量分数和还原糖质量分数的实时无损检测。

    Abstract:

    Based on the visible/nearinfrared local transmission spectrum, a handheld multi-quality non-destructive inspection device for potatoes was independently developed, including a spectrum acquisition module, a light source module, a control and display module, a power supply module, and a black and white reference box. The entire device size was 11cm×6.5cm×9.5cm. Totally eighty-five Atlantic potato samples were selected, and a partial leastsquares quantitative prediction model of potato water, starch and reducing sugar was established based on the developed device. The correlation coefficients of potato water, starch and reducing sugar prediction model validation set were 0.9278, 0.9146 and 0.9338, and the root mean square errors were 0.3253%, 0.3449% and 0.0416%, respectively. Based on the QT development tool, the device realtime analysis and control software was written in C/C++ language. The potato water, starch and reducing sugar prediction models were built into the software. The real-time nondestructive detection of potato multi-parameter parameters was realized by onebutton operation. Finally, the accuracy of the multi-quality nondestructive testing device for handheld potato was verified. The correlation coefficients between the predicted values of water content, starch and reducing sugar content of 20 potato samples and standard physical and chemical values were 0.9141, 0.9122 and 0.9140, the root mean square errors were 0.3527%, 0.3404% and 0.0400%, and the average deviations were 0.2951%, 0.2536% and 0.0316%, respectively. The results showed that the potato multi-quality local transmission non-destructive testing device can realize the real-time non-destructive detection of potato moisture.
