    摘要:

    以马铃薯为研究对象,采用细观图像分析与力学性质测试组合系统,研究了马铃薯压缩微观结构变形、宏观力学性质、变形破坏过程,运用SAS软件对试验数据进行了处理与分析,得到了马铃薯屈服强度与高压脉冲电场参数的拟合方程以及最优参数。

    Abstract:

    Potato was chosen as the subject of the compression experiment, and the microstructure deformation, microscopic mechanical properties, deformation and failure process were gained by the system of microscopic image and mechanical test. The fitting equation and the optimal parameters of yield strength and PEF parameter were analyzed and further optimized by SAS software. The result could provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the technologic parameter of freeze drying and the design of processing equipment.
