    摘要:

    为研究汽车再生制动回收能量和能量利用相关理论设计了在环仿真试验台。试验台结构采用模块化、分层控制设计方法,各级之间采用CAN总线连接,具有较好的可控性与可扩展性,测控软件用虚拟仪器技术开发。试验台架可实现汽车行驶工况、制动、道路阻力模拟、能量转换、能量回收储存利用等功能,可进行包括制动稳定性、能量回收利用、制动踏板平稳性控制、复合制动协调兼容等在内的再生制动理论在环仿真研究,还可以扩展成为线控制动技术试验系统。

    Abstract:

    In order to research motor vehicles regenerative braking, a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) bench design was introduced. The modular method and hierarchical control mode have been adopted in test bench hardware structure designing, CAN bus was used to connect each of the controllers, and it has better controllability and expansibility. The software of test bench has been developed based on the virtual instrument technology. The test bench could perform simulating auto driving and braking conditions, energy conversion, energy reclaiming and reusing. The HIL research projects could be carried out on the test bench including braking stability, energy reclaim and reuse, controlling of braking pedal and harmony controlling in plurality braking, also theories of brake-by-wire could be tested after it expanded.
