汽车消声器设计方法与评价指标分析

    摘要:

    目前消声器的设计方法仍然基于近似理论、经验和试验相结合。消声器传统设计方法的弊端阻碍了其性能的进一步提高,而先进的计算机辅助设计(CAE)能避免传统消声器设计的不足。以某型号消声器开发为例,运用GT-Power工具,建立消声器的传声损失、插入损失、压力损失模型,综合消声器性能主要评价指标,研究了消声器CAE分析评价方法。试制分析方案并进行测试,CAE分析结果与试验测试结果接近。

    Abstract:

    At present, most of muffler design methods are based on approximate theories, experiences and experiments. There are some disadvantages in the traditional design methods, which counteract the improvement of muffler. But an advanced method, named computer aid engineering (CAE), can avoid the disadvantages of these traditional methods. In this paper, the CAE analysis method is researched with software (GT-Power). The transmission loss model, the insertion loss model and the pressure loss model of the muffler were established. The property evaluation of the muffler was considered during the course of optimizing the projects. The evaluation method of muffler, CAE, was studied. The optimized project was trial-manufactured and the result of CAE analysis agreed well with the experimental result.
