    为分析茎秆的力学性能与主要化学成分之间的相互关系,试验研究了小麦成熟期茎秆的主要力学性能,测定了茎秆不同状态下纤维素、半纤维素、木质素,以及蛋白质、脂肪和糖分等主要化学成分含量。结果表明:小麦茎秆最大拉力为182.38~242.74N,拉伸强度为30.36~52.65MPa,弹性模量为1143.44~1985.86MPa;纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的质量分数分别为22.58%~48.18%、10.85%~22.45%、483%~1059%。小麦茎秆是由纤维素、半纤维素和木质素组成的天然高分子复合材料,呈各向异性,其强度和刚度主要取决于纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的含量及其链接形式和排列方式。

    Abstract:

    The main mechanical properties of wheat stems in maturity were tested by the electronic testing machine CMT2502. The content of chemical compositions of cellulose, hemicelluloses, lignin, protein, lipid and total carbohydrates of wheat stems in different conditions was determined, and the relation between mechanical properties and major chemical compositions in wheat stems has been analyzed. The results show that the maximum tensile force, tensile strength and Young's modulus of wheat stems are 182.38~242.74N, 30.36~52.65MPa and 1143.44~1985.86MPa respectively; the content of cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin of wheat stems are 22.58~48.18 percent, 10.85~22.45 percent and 4.83~10.59 percent respectively. A wheat stem is a natural anisotropic polymeric composite consisting of cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin. The strength, stiffness and elasticity of wheat stems mainly depend on the content, linking form and sequence of cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin.
