    摘要:

    永磁式缓速器转子鼓温度场分析是散热片设计的核心。温度场和磁场存在弱耦合关系,涡流损耗作为温度场控制方程的内热源。随着温度升高,电阻率ρ升高,相对磁导率μr下降,引起涡流损耗变化。建立了永磁式缓速器多因素影响的热-磁耦合数学模型。阐述了各种耦合算法的计算量,局部和全局收敛性。运用ANSYS分析软件和APDL参数化设计语言编程,对转子鼓热-磁耦合场进行计算,得到了转子鼓午面和轴向的温度分布。试验值和有限元结果验证了数学模型的正确性。

    Abstract:

    Thermal field analysis for permanent magnet type retarder fin is an issue for its kernel design. A weakly coupled phenomena between magnetic and temperature fields occurs in retarder. Eddy current losses are inner thermogenesis of temperature field governing equations. Temperature rising tends to increase resistivity and decrease permeability, causing variety of eddy current losses. A coupled thermal-magnetic fields mathematic model with multi-factor effects was established. Thermal-magnetic field's model was calculated via ANSYS package and APDL algorithm method. At the same time, calculations of coupled algorithms and local as well as global convergence issues were discussed. Temperature distributions of cross section and axial direction were obtained. The accuracy of the calculation model was finally verified through experimental data and numerical results.
