A method that was suitable for the plant fruit (for example fruit) modeling was provided. By using the ellipsoid parametric equation, according to the characteristic of plant fruit, the distortion to ellipsoid was carried on in order to achieve the material object close to the real effect. The relation of plant fruit and the ellipsoid was mainly analyzed, and the mathematical model in ellipsoid equation that carries on the distortion was studied. The image result is realistic. It is applicable for research in virtual plant fruit.
