In this paper the fundamental of the grey clustering method is introduced. The confirming means of many concepts about grey clustering are explained, and the process of grey clustering method used in overhauled vehicle quality evaluation is also put forward. Based on the grey system, the grey clustering method is applied in a set of overhauled vehicles to evaluate their quality. And the example proves that the method of grey clustering is an agile and convenient evaluation method.
