    双吸离心泵广泛应用于黄河沿岸的泵站中,其主要部件叶轮普遍存在磨损问题。叶轮是高速旋转的部件,存在动静干涉作用,导致叶轮内的磨损特性是非定常的。采用欧拉-欧拉方法对双吸离心泵进行固液两相流非定常计算,分析了不同工况下,叶轮壁面上的磨损率、冲击角、固相体积分数和速度的非定常特性。结果表明,叶轮表面磨损率、冲击角、固相体积分数和速度均具有周期性,等于叶轮旋转周期;定常计算的磨损率远小于非定常结果,定常计算不能准确预测磨损率。磨损最大部位为叶片头部和尾部。冲击角对磨损损失具有增强或减弱的作用,冲击角脉动曲线与磨损率脉动曲线相似。固相体积分数对磨损脉动特性影响较小,对磨损率有所影响。固相速度对磨损率影响显著。

    Abstract:

    Double suction centrifugal pumps are widely used in pump stations along the Yellow River. The impeller is the important part and its erosion problem is common. Impeller is a high speed rotating part, there is rotor-stator interference resulting in the erosion characteristics of the impeller is unsteady. The Euler-Euler method was applied to simulate the unsteady solid-liquid two-phase flow in a double suction centrifugal pump. The unsteady characteristics of the erosion rate, impact angle, solid concentration and solid velocity on the impeller wall under different working conditions were analyzed. The results showed that the erosion rate, impact angle, solid concentration and solid velocity of the impeller surface were periodic, which were equal to the impeller rotation period. The erosion rate of steady calculation was far less than the results of unsteady calculation. The steady calculation cannot predict the erosion rate accurately. The most erosion parts were the blade head and blade tail. The erosion area in the middle of the suction surface was larger than that in the pressure surface, while the erosion area of the pressure was larger than that of the suction surface at the blade head and blade tail. The impact angle can enhance or weaken the erosion loss. The fluctuation trend of impact angle was similar as that of erosion rate. The solid concentration had weak influence on the erosion pulsation characteristics and the erosion rate. The solid velocity had a significant effect on the erosion rate. The results can be used to provide guidance for numerical simulation of solid-liquid two-phase flow in pump.
