    摘要:

    针对移动环境的检测需要,设计了一套基于GPRS的远程检测无线电子鼻系统,主要包括气敏传感阵列、信号调理模块、微处理器模块、GPRS模块和远程测控系统5部分。对系统的远程通信性能进行测试,发现电子鼻数据发送周期在400ms以上时,系统的通信时延、传输速率和累计丢包率都能满足无线电子鼻检测的要求;利用本系统对采摘后的芒果实施检测研究,得到的香气响应特性曲线清晰、稳定;构建芒果贮藏天数的预测模型,结果发现,对照组逐步回归模型虽然整体预测效果不理想,但对第4和6天的芒果仍有一定的预测效果,而试验组逐步回归模型、对照组基于线性判别的支持向量机(LDA—SVM)模型和试验组LDA—SVM模型对芒果贮藏天数都具有较好的预测效果。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the needs of quality detection of agricultural products during logistics, a wireless electronic nose (WEN) based on GPRS for applications in the “on-the-go” environment was designed. It consisted of 5 modules which were the sensor-array with 8 MOS sensors, signal processing module, master controlling module, GPRS module and remote monitoring system. The GPRS communication performance of the WEN was tested, it was found that when data transmission cycle exceeded 400ms, three communication performance indexes of GPRS network which were the time-lag between sending and receiving, packet loss during the transit and transmission rate would meet the demands of detection simultaneously. An application aimed at fresh mangos was taken by using the present WEN, and the obtained profiles of mango aroma were clear and stable. Mango storage prediction models were built with stepwise regression method (SR) and LDA—SVM, respectively, and it was indicated that the SR model of the control group mango had a certain predictive effect only for the mangos stored for 4 and 6 days, the SR model of the experimental group and the LDA—SVM model either of the control group or the experimental group achieved satisfactory predictive effect as a whole.
