    摘要:

    建立了苗间锄草机器人锄草刀的运动学模型,并通过仿真锄草刀工作过程设计了锄草刀的运动轨迹。选取锄草刀的不同参数和水平进行正交试验,将覆盖率和入侵率代替除草率和伤苗率作为评价指标,分析了锄草刀直径、豁口夹角、刀刃切除距离、锄草刀圆心与作物秧苗行线的偏距等因素对苗间除草效果的影响,优化出最佳结构参数组合为:锄草刀直径175 mm、豁口夹角140°、锄草刀圆心与作物秧苗行线的偏距45 mm、刀刃切除距离10 mm。验证试验结果表明,模拟仿真及正交试验优化结果准确有效,样机作业效果良好,平均除草率为88.5%,伤苗率仅为1.6%。

    Abstract:

    The kinematics model was established for the rotating disc of intra-row weeding robot, and the trajectory of the rotating disc was designed by simulating its working process. Then the virtual orthogonal experiment was made in different factors and different levels. In order to optimize the best operational parameters in combination, the effects of weeding performances of the rotating disc in diverse parameters were analyzed by taking the coverage rate and the inbreaking rate as evaluation indexes. The experiment results verified that the simulation and orthogonal experiment were accurate and efficient with a good operation effectiveness of the prototype, and the weeding rate reached to 88.5%, yet the wounded seedling rate was only 1.6%. 
