76.2%提高到85.7%。Beef marbling extraction method based on modified fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm was proposed. The proposed method combined with the fast fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm. The membership function, number of clusters C and the selection of initial cluster center in traditional fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm were modified. Experiments showed that, with the proposed method, the accuracy of marbling extraction was increased from 76.2% to 85.7%.
