    摘要:

    用复杂网络描述产品族的结构,运用简单路径搜索算法求出产品层次序列,计算点介数及各级零部件的使用情况;以简单路径作为边中介性的度量,得到边介数;去除中介性最大的连接;计算最佳分类数Q;重新计算边介数。如此反复,可以得到Q函数的分布曲线和聚类图,进而得到模块划分结果。根据零部件使用情况和被标记的结构实体,调整和优化模块划分结果。以工业汽轮机产品族为例,对其结构进行了模块化分析,结果符合实际需要。

    Abstract:

    Main structure of product family can be depicted as a directed complex network. Parameters such as node betweenness, edge betweenness and Q function values were calculated through simplepath detecting algorithm for obtaining distributing curve of Q and clustering dendrogram. Division results can be gained from clustering dendrogram. The results were adjusted and optimized according to parts usage times and entities with sign. As an example, a product family of the industry steam turbine was analyzed with this algorithm and some practical results were obtained.
