    摘要:

    提出了基于变隙定压原理的旋切式苎麻剥制机的设计思路和技术方案,分析了弧形变隙定压双支点浮动式旋转切削机构的工作原理和技术特点。依据旋转切削机构的受力条件,对影响苎麻剥制质量的相关工艺参数进行了试验和测定,在此基础上对旋转切削机构及其主要参数进行了设计和计算,并对其力学模型的动力和运动参数进行了理论研究和分析。通过6BX-40型样机试验表明:剥制效率比传统方法提高2~3倍,纤维胶质含量25.8%,纤维含杂率4.6%,纤维损失率4.3%,剥制质量达到国家相关标准要求。

    Abstract:

    Based on the principle of variable-gap and fixed-pressure, the design idea and technology scheme of rotary-cutting ramie-stripping machine were presented. The working principle and technical characteristics of rotary-cutting mechanism for the arc variable-gap and fixed-pressure in double floating fulcrums were analyzed. According to the stress conditions of rotary-cutting mechanism, the relevant process parameters which affect the quality of ramie-stripping were tested and measured, on the basis of which, the main structures and parameters of rotary-cutting were designed and calculated, and the research on power and motion parameters of the mechanical model was made deeply in theory. The 6BX—40 prototype’s trial and test showed that its stripping efficiency was raised 2~3 times than traditional methods, the glue content in fiber 25.8%, impurity rate 4.6%, loss rate of fiber 4.3% and the stripping quality met the national standards for quality requirements. 
