    在建立气流分配式排种器三维模型的基础上,利用CFD方法对排种器的内部流场进行了仿真模拟。选择标准k-ε模型和DPM模型分别对气相和固相进行模拟,得到气流场分布图和颗粒场的运动轨迹图。结果表明,模拟结果与试验结果基本一致。但分配器中存在涡流现象,导致个别种子滞留在分配器中,影响了排种的均匀性。通过改进结构及模拟,消除了分配器中涡流滞种现象。

    Abstract:

    To improve the uniformity of the forage seed metering, a 3-D model was built to simulate air-stream distributive metering device using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, in which the distribution of airflow field and path curve of the particle phase were simulated using standard k-εmodel and discrete phase model (DPM), respectively. The results of simulation were in good agreement with experimental data. However, in the simulation, a few seeds were left in the distributor due to the air vortex, which impairs the uniformity of seed sowing. Therefore, CFD simulation was conducted to improve the structure of distributor, and vortex-caused seed detention was finally avoided after the improvement.
