    摘要:

    为了给虚拟样机仿真分析提供复杂三维路面环境,基于单点FFT路面不平度时域模型,建立了三维FFT随机路面数学模型,并实现了其在Matlab中的仿真;依据三角网格法理论,建立了生成三维路面文件的通用模型,包括节点的生成和单元生成算法,并导入Adams形成所需的三维路面仿真环境。应用上述方法生成C级路面,对所选择的车辆样机进行了行驶平顺性仿真,与GB/T 13441—92标准对比分析得到了该车行驶平顺舒适性的合理时间。

    Abstract:

    In order to provide the research of virtual prototype a complex 3-D virtual road environment, a 3-D FFT stochastic road model was established based on the single-point FFT model, and then the simulation result was gained by Matlab. What's more, based on the theory of triangle network, a general 3-D virtual road model with the arithmetic of nodes and elements was created. Then a specified 3-D virtual road file was imported into Adams to form the 3-D virtual road. Finally, a C-level virtual road was generated for the riding performance simulation of virtual vehicle. By comparing the simulation result with the GB/T 13441—92, the virtual vehicle's reasonable time under the ride performance requirement was obtained.
