    摘要:

    射流式自吸离心泵机组采用太阳能智能控制系统,泵的工作过程由PLC程序进行控制,泵运转偏离设计工况时,智能控制装置自动调节泵机组转速,从而能使泵在设定工况下稳定工作。并采用智能报警控制装置,当泵机组运行中出现故障时,如柴油机内的油箱温度过高、油压偏低、油箱燃油消耗到限定低位、轴承磨损、泵机械密封损坏等情况,系统报警器立即发出报警并停机,控制系统还可以进行远程控制。该泵采用射流式自吸结构,泵自吸性能完成后,自动将射流器上的阀关闭,可提高泵效率

    Abstract:

    3%~5%。 The pump was designed with a solar energy intelligent control system and the running process has been controlled by a PLC program. While the pump ran at off-design conditions, the intelligent control device could automatically adjust pump speed to prove working stability at the given conditions. Intelligent alarm control device was also used and the alarm would immediately in operation to stop the pump under the failing conditions, such as higher temperature, lower oil pressure, lower oil level, bearing wearing, and mechanical seal damage. The control system could also be used for remote operation. The self-priming pump was designed with a jet structure. When the self-priming process is completed, the valve on jet can be closed automatically, from which the efficiency of the pump can be increased by 3%~5%.
