100%。The pulse glare sterilization is a kind of new technology. The design of experimental equipment and its detecting system were finished. The pulse xeon was taken as a light source. Its input voltage was 0.8 to 3kV. The primary experiments have been done by the equipment to a special bacterium. The results showed that flash frequency, input voltage, bacterium liquid depth and relative transmittance are the main factors. The sterilizing rate could reach 100% when the values of these factors were increased. And the effects of pulse glare sterilization are very remarkable. This equipment can be applied in the processing and storage of agricultural products.
