双吸离心泵隔舌区压力脉动特性分析

    摘要:

    双吸离心泵内部的湍流压力脉动是引起机组振动及噪声的主要原因,这一现象在隔舌区尤为严重。采用大涡模拟方法(LES)和滑移网格技术,对双吸离心泵进行了不同工况下三维非定常湍流数值模拟,得到了水泵内部流场特性及隔舌区计算点的压力脉动情况,并对其进行了频域分析。结果表明,在设计工况和大流量工况下,叶片通过频率在脉动频域中占主导地位,而在小流量工况下,低于1倍叶片通过频率的脉动占主导地位;压力脉动幅值随着流量偏离设计工况的程度而变化,在流量为0.62、0.80和1.20倍设计流量工况下,压力脉动幅值相对于设计工况分别增大

    Abstract:

    219%、105%和205%。The pressure fluctuation of turbulent flow, especially near the volute tongue in a double-suction centrifugal pump, is the primary reason of pump vibration and noise. This unsteady flow feature was investigated by large eddy simulation (LES) method with sliding mesh technology. The results showed that the blade passing frequency dominated the pressure fluctuations near the volute tongue at the design and large flow rate condition. At the small flow rate condition, the frequency which was lower than the blade passing frequency became dominative in the pressure fluctuations. The amplitude of the pressure fluctuation became higher when the flow rate was farer from the design flow rate. At the 62%, 80% and 120% of design flow rate conditions, the pressure fluctuation amplitudes were respectively 219%, 105% and 205% larger than the amplitude at design flow rate.
