微型轿车八自由度整车动力学仿真与试验

    摘要:

    汽车是一个复杂的动力学系统,很难建立一个非常精确的模型,须根据具体情况进行简化。在建立八自由度数学模型的基础上,用能量法推导出了微型轿车的质心加速度、相对动载、动挠度和加速度均方根值的表达式,用Matlab编制了仿真程序,并对某一车型进行了仿真计算。仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合,验证了所建数学模型和推导的正确性。

    Abstract:

    Car is a complicated dynamic system. It's hard for people to establish an accurate model. The process must be predigested and simplified under the certain condition. The dynamic idiosyncrasy of car has been studied. Based on the mathematic model of eight degree of freedom, car's mass of center acceleration, relatively dynamic load, dynamic flexibility and root mean square value of acceleration with energy method have been concluded. Simulating procedure with Matlab software was also programmed, and some calculating about the car was done. Compared with the experimental results, the simulating outcome met the need of engineering, which meant the mathematic model and deducing were correct.
