    摘要:

    差线栅位移传感器的机械参数对其性能有决定性的影响,其参数设计过程中需考虑的因素和遵循的规律比较独特。推导了含有分辨率准则、精度准则、幅值准则、波形准则的差线栅位移传感器参数设计准则,为传感器的结构设计和机械参数选择提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The performance of differential grating displacement sensor is determined by its mechanism parameters. And the mechanism parameter choice follows specific rules in the process of its design. A set of parameter design rules of differential grating displacement sensor was summarized based on systematic mathematical calculation. It included resolution rule, precision rule, amplitude rule, and waveform rule. These rules could undoubtedly help to optimize resolution, precision, amplitude and waveform of this kind of sensor, and could further help to avoid aimless sensor design and those design consequence of bad waveform, poor amplitude, or even no signal output. And this research method could be used as the references by other sensor design.
