    摘要:

    提出一种利用图像处理技术识别霉变花生的方法。首先用微分算子对彩色花生图像进行边缘检测,经过形态学运算、填充、合成后,得到去除背景的彩色花生图像。然后采用H和S的阈值识别霉变区域,根据像素数目计算霉变面积比,从而判断霉变情况。试验表明,这种识别方法的正确率可以达到

    90%。 An identification method was developed to automatically identify mildewed peanuts based on computer image processing technology. Firstly, detecting the peanuts edges by gradient algorithms,the color image of peanut removed background could be obtained by mathematical morphology operating,filling and composing. And then the threshold values of H and S were used to identify the mildewed areas. Lastly, the mildewed grade was determined via the calculated mildewed area ratio. The experimental results showed that the accuracy rate of this identification method could be reached to 90%.
