    摘要:

    分析了发动机缓速器工作循环中,每个冲程增加制动功率的方法以及对整个工作过程的影响,探讨了几种增加发动机制动功率的方法,推导出发动机缓速器制动功率的计算公式,提出了一种发动机缓速器的配气方案,使进气、压缩、减压释放在一次活塞往复运动中完成,从而提高了发动机缓速器的制动能力;给出了发动机制动效率的概念,以评价不同发动机制动方式对发动机最大制动能力的利用水平。

    Abstract:

    Working process of the engine retarder has been analyzed, the method to increase the braking power in every engine stroke and the effect of this method to the whole working process were analyzed, some methods to get more powerful brake performance were discussed, and the formula to calculate the braking power of the engine retarder was given, and the definition for the system potential was put up. Furthermore, a new project of the valve movement has been put forward, which made the intake stroke, compression stroke, pressure release all happen in one piston reciprocation, and that greatly improved the retarding power. A new concept of the retarding efficiency to evaluate the utilizing level of the different engine retarder types to the largest braking power of the engine was provided. 
