    摘要:

    分析了喷雾机悬浮液在液力搅拌下固体颗粒的起动、悬浮过程,建立了固体颗粒在液力搅拌下起悬的临界流速模型,在给定流量和压力的条件下,采用模型模拟与试验相结合的方法研究液力搅拌规律和影响搅拌性能的因素,并用流体力学的原理加以分析和说明。对邯农-650型喷雾机进行了改进和优化设计,确定了其液力搅拌器在药箱中的合理位置s=7cm,h=8cm,θ=50°,搅拌喷头的间距为50mm;临界流速下得出最小搅拌流量为41.37 L/min,搅拌均匀度在91%以上,达到国际标准。

    Abstract:

    The start-up and suspending of the solid particles in the action of the hydraulic agitation is theoretically analyzed in this paper, and the critical velocity calculation model about the start-up and suspending of the solid particles is also summarized. The rule of the hydraulic agitation and the effect of some factors are researched with given fluid rating and pressure by the mean of model experimentation. The conclusion is also analyzed and explained with the theories of the hydromechanics. Chinese Hannong-650 sprayers is representative in China, but there are some problems on agitation. This kind of the sprayer is ameliorated based on theories and experiments, and resigned the position of the hydraulic agitator in tank on sprayer, s=7cm,h=8cm,θ=50°, distance of agitation nozzles is 50 mm, minimal agitation flow rate is Q0=41.37 L/min. So the uniformity of the agitation is improved to international standard, efficacy of agitation is above 91%.
