    摘要:

    通过分析一种分体式充气可调阻尼减振器的结构和工作原理,运用流体力学理论,建立了该减振器阻尼特性的非线性参数化模型,仿真分析了活塞阻尼阀孔径、阻尼调节孔径、气室初始体积、活塞杆直径、油管内径等主要结构参数对减振器阻尼性能的影响,通过试验测试,得到了减振器样件的阻尼特性及其可调范围。试验结果表明,在减振器常用的中低速度范围内,所建的减振器数学模型和仿真有效。

    Abstract:

    The structure and operating principle of an air-charged split-type adjustable shock absorber was described, a non-linear parameterized mathematical model of this shock absorber's damping characteristics was established according to fluid mechanics theory and the main structural affection factors to shock absorber's damping performance, such as the diameter of piston valve orifice, the diameter of adjustable orifice, the initial volume of gas chamber, the diameter of piston rod, the inner diameter of oil pipe and so on, were analyzed by simulations. The damping performance and damping force adjusting scope of a shock absorber specimen was tested, the testing results proved the validity of simulation results and the mathematical model of shock absorber.
