油菜轴流脱粒滚筒性能对比试验

    摘要:

    在自行研制的轴流式脱粒分离试验装置上,对钉齿、短纹杆和纹杆-板齿3种不同结构的轴流脱粒滚筒进行了油菜脱粒性能对比试验。分析了不同结构轴流滚筒的脱粒损失率、功耗、脱出物沿滚筒轴向的分布、脱分特性、脱出物各成分比例以及对后续清选的影响等。

    Abstract:

    The threshing cylinder is a key part of rape combine. But at present, the part’s design is mainly based on the prototype of rice threshing cylinder so there are many problems such as high loss rate and impurity percentage, poor adaptability and so on. On the self-designed test equipment of the threshing separation performance, the experiments of the threshing separation performance were conducted for rape, and the correlations among the structural and motion parameters of the threshing separation devices and the threshing separation performances were also analyzed. The experimental results showed that on the same condition, the short rasp bar cylinder had lower loss rate and lower power consumption, and there were little shore stalk and some other lighter matters in rape seed-tailings mixture to the short rasp bar cylinder.
