The characteristics and shortcomings of the traditional braking test-bed with inertia flywheels and the working theory of the electrical simulating system are introduced. The procedure for establishment of a dynamics model for the electrical simulation system was described in detail. The process of the testing based on this dynamics model was analyzed and the feasibility of the system with trail was validated.
