    摘要:

    建立活塞组-缸套-冷却水-机体流固耦合传热系统,并利用有限元分析软件的流固耦合计算功能,把单个零件的传热外边界条件变成内边界,使得传热仿真更合理更简单。以某增压柴油机为例,用ANSYS软件对建立的三维流固耦合模型进行了稳态传热数值仿真,得到了耦合系统的温度场和流场云图。活塞关键点温度的计算值和实验测量值对比表明:用流固耦合方法模拟柴油机活塞组-缸套-冷却水-机体之间的稳态传热是可行的,且仿真结果与实测数据吻合较好。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the boundary determination difficulty between single parts when calculating heat transfer in diesel engines, especially the temperature and heat transfer coefficient between the solid cylinder and fluid coolant, a fluid-solid coupled system including piston-liner-coolant-body was brought forward. Modern FEA software could solve the fluid-solid coupled heat transfer problem that transformed outer boundary condition to inner boundary condition, so that heat transfer simulation became more reasonable and simpler. As an example, the steady heat transfer of a 3-D coupled system in a turbocharged diesel engine was simulated by FEM software named ANSYS. Temperature and flow field pictures were shown. Comparison between simulation and measurement data of piston key points showed that fluid-solid coupled method could solve the steady heat transfer between piston-liner-coolant-body and simulation results were in good agreement with experimental data.
